System schematic capture
WireNexus has the capabilities to generate highly detailed and accurate system level electrcial schematics utilising Zuken E3 Cable. With this toolset WireNexus can design systems with thousands of interfaces and components.
The schematics come with a number of outputs induding Bill of Materail and detailed to and from connections.
Detailed harness drawings
Detailed harness darwings can be provided in a two ways, Zuken E3 Formboard and HarnWare. E3 Formbaord can be used in conjunction with system schematics from E3 Cable, this ensures that the data from the schematic is bought into the harness drawing.
HarnWare can be used to quickly draw highly detailed cable drawings, each drawing provided comes with a full manaufacturing datapack. These drawings are ideal if you require manufacturing drawings or drawings for the defence and aerospace industries.
3D Routing
There is now a greater need for there to be a synergy between the electrical and mechanical design diciplines.
WireNexus can assist in capturing your electrical systems in the 3D CAD enviroment, by providing detailed routing of wires and cables and using accurate models for all components. This enables for the design to be checked for clashes prior to installation.
Documentation
All projects are delivered with all the data you need in order to document your design or progress through to manufacture. Here are some of the outputs that you can exect to receive detailed drawings, BOM's, wire lists, schematics, cross-section analysis and much more.
WireNexus can also assist existing Zuken E3 Cable users to define bespoke outputs that can be programmed by the Zuken developers.
